I loved making this decadent tower of autumn cake fun... bottom-layer consisted of Poppy-seed Cake covered in dark chocolate and polka-dots, middle-layer chocolate mousse cake covered with caramel and the top layer chocolate cake covered with white chocolate. I personally love Poppyseed Cake the most, its a rich moist cake with a unique taste sure to make any occasion unforgettable.  This cake I made for my sister's wedding, I covered it with white chocolate fudge and made lace patterns on it, it was a huge hit.
