A rich decadent chocolate cake, layered with caramel treat in-between the layers and covered with chocolate fudge as well as solid chocolate, with hand-painted patterns on-top.

Ill never forget making this decadent 3 layer chocolate mousse cake 1000 km from my kitchen for a destination wedding in the cape.  Myself with the help of two friends put the cake together in a small bachelors kitchen with hardly any of the utensils I am used to.  It was a huge challenge, but a even more fun, the end product will always make it one of my favorite cakes of all times.

I loved making this decadent tower of autumn cake fun… bottom-layer consisted of Poppy-seed Cake covered in dark chocolate and polka-dots, middle-layer chocolate mousse cake covered with caramel and the top layer chocolate cake covered with white chocolate. It was a great dessert for a stunning wedding
